CSG possesses a deep talent pool in each of the legacy analysis disciplines. Our subject-matter experts are all certified in one or more disciplines by a DOD or NGA tradecraft qualifying courses.
Our personnel have managed, directed, and executed collection operations using the latest sensor technology on four separate continents including South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
CSG knows that tomorrow’s sensors may come in many different forms and mediums. As such, we are constantly evolving the way we leverage these new collection platforms to solve increasingly complex problems.
Whether you’re a contractor-owned, contractor-operated (COCO) ISR program or government-owned, contractor-operated (GOCO) ISR program, CSG can deliver unmatched sensor operations, mission management, and tactical controllers. With corporate experience spanning multiple sensor modalities, sensitive global collection operations, and support to some of the most demanding DOD and US Government customers, our staff will find what you’re looking for.
As with all of our staffing services, we recruit only the highest caliber operations personnel with a proven track record of delivering superior services in the most challenging conditions, including combat environments. Our goal is to deliver that same level of focus and responsiveness to each of our customers.
ISR Tactical Controllers (ITC) & Mission Management
Considered one of CSG’s leading core competencies, we are uniquely suited to provide highly specialized personnel capable of translating your collection requirements into tactical ISR operations. Proven in multiple theaters around the globe supporting high-density combat operations, our ITC’s can effectively employ both manned and unmanned ISR platforms to ensure you maximize your finite ISR resources.
Whether operating at the strategic, operational, or tactical level, CSG can provide the right personnel to assist you in designing, executing, and managing multi-source collection strategies to meet your intelligence needs. Our Collection Management skillsets span across all the intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and MASINT collection assets.
CSG has extensive experience staffing airborne manned and unmanned payload operators across a variety of mission sets, including counterinsurgency, counterterrorism, and conventional military operations. The typical CSG payload operator is both Instructor and Evaluator qualified by a DOD certifying agency, and possesses at least 15 years of operational experience and over 5,000 hours employing sensors in real-world missions.
CSG delivers best-of-breed analysts from across the U.S. Government, Intelligence Community, and Defense organizations. Our analysts possess what we call “high-density” experience supporting specialized, no-fail missions around the world. We recruit only the best, and execute a stringent screening process to ensure we deliver the brightest, hand-picked analysts from an exclusive group.
CSG can support single- and multi-disciplined analysis requirements, including Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), including Full-motion Video (FMV), as well as advanced GEOINT (AGI) and Multi-/Hyperspectral Imagery (MSI/HSI). We are positioned to leverage techniques, including but not limited to those below, to fully integrate our analytical context into customer-identified requirements.
Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
Considered the all–encompassing element of remote sensing and terrestrial disciplines, our GEOINT analysis combines the disciplines of cartography, mapping, remote sensing, and analytical elements of imagery, communications, and social media to create temporal spatial relations and develop location-based intelligence.
Imagery Intelligence (IMINT)
Utilizing still imagery and motion video information from satellites and airborne aerial platforms, CSG analysts generate high quality information and intelligence products from terrain-based, human, and infrastructure observables. CSG has expanded this concept to include terrestrial imagery (i.e. digital photos), delivering the same analysis tradecraft to this growing body of data sourcing.
Advanced GEOINT (AGI)
AGI expands beyond the utilization of basic panchromatic imagery and comprises analytical techniques used by both GEOINT analysts and image scientists. Traditional AGI techniques range from MASINT and MSI to developing ones in the LiDAR & HSI realm. CSG analysts use these techniques to process non-literal imagery queues into visible representations to enhance analysis and decision-making for our customers.
MULTI-SOURCE DATA FUSION
We know that solving your problems does not stop with single-source analysis. In today’s complex exploitation and analysis environment, single sources must be combined with other collection disciplines to deliver a complete and accurate picture of your mission or problem set.
Drawing on our interagency, corporate, and executive experience, we are able to leverage innovative and relevant solutions to answer your fusion requirements, including All-Source, Targeting, Open Source (OSINT), Human (HUMINT), and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis support.
This is the cornerstone of the fusion process. Leveraging extensive networks across multiple echelons of the defense and wider U.S. intelligence communities, CSG can provide analysts capable of interpreting and fusing broad collection and reporting disciplines in order to generate comprehensive analysis to develop patterns and predict or forecast activity of interest.
Intelligence Targeting Analysis
Born out of the U.S. SOF community, CSG leverages highly specialized and talented Targeting Analysts with a full range of analytic skills in order to monitor, assess, and report on strategic and operational issues pertaining primarily to Counter-Terrorism (CT) and Counter-Insurgency (COIN) network defeat operations. With corporate and executive experience across a wide range of CT/COIN problem sets and operational theaters, we can rapidly screen, assess, and staff the right analysts for your mission.
Open Source Intelligence
Utilizing an amalgamation of “open” information sources such as, but not limited to, internet research, media reporting, web-based communities, non-governmental community outreach, and user-generated content and public data, CSG analysts are able to collect, exploit, and disseminate open data products to address specific information and/or intelligence requirements at the tactical, operational, and/or strategic level.
CSG’s philosophy is “Operations Drive R&D”. By leveraging our combined experience designing, managing, executing, and exploiting remote sensing systems globally, we help our customers develop technical solutions with a tangible impact on real-world problems.
We team with platform providers, sensor developers, and end-user organizations to assist in delivering end-to-end tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) concepts that will ensure mission results.
