Listed below are the variety of benefits CSG provides to help meet the needs of all employees, most of which are fully or partially paid for by CSG. Benefits may vary slightly depending on employment status and geographic location of the employee.
CSG offers family friendly medical, dental and vision insurance to its eligible, full-time employees. CSG pays a generous portion of the premiums chosen by its employees. New hires are eligible for coverage on the 1st of the month following hire date.
Group Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Eligible, full-time employees have the option to choose to be covered by Life insurance and AD&D. CSG covers half of the premiums and the employee would be covered on the 1st of the month following hire date.
Short and Long Term Disability Insurance
Short and Long Term Disability benefits are also offered at the employee’s expense. These can provide some financial security in the event of a disability or accident.
CSG offers a Safe Harbor retirement plan which employees are 100% vested on day one of their employment with the company. The plan enables employees to invest according to their own personal financial strategy while boosting savings through company contributions and matching. Eligible employees can contribute 1-90% of their pay into their 401 or ROTH. CSG Solutions matches $1.00/$1.00 for the first 3% and $0.50/$1.00 up to 5%. The plan offers a diverse mix of investment options.
CSG provides 10 paid federal holidays per year to eligible employees.
Eligible employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off that is accrued per pay period over the course of a calendar year. Annual paid time off balances increase based on years of service with CSG.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is a confidential, short term, counseling service for employees with personal problems that affect their work performance it helps employees resolve personal problems before they negatively affect their health, relationships or job performance.
